Last Saturday the Gorbals Fair was a great success.  The weather was kind and the parade was full of wonderful costumes, with the children and adults dress up in outfits from throughout the last century.  Within St.Francis Centre the crowds were entertained by dance groups, singers, choirs, drama school, clowns all compared by Des Clark.  The committee who produced the Gorbals Fair were delighted with the months of hard work.  The Gorbals Fair was supported by elected politicians Councillor Soryia Siddique, Councillor James Scanlon, MP Anas Sarwar and Nichola Sturgeon SMP and it was a vibrant and enjoyable day for all.
