Girls on the Go, in Gorbals 2013

This 8 week programme has finished this week.  Well attended and the young women increased fitness levels, made new friends and are hoping to keep up the physical activity over Christmas and New Year. There will be new class starting in 2014 so look out for them.

Winning for Women

Winning for Women is an eight week course which includes physical activity and exploring health issues.
